How it works
RouteViz was built by watching drivers work, not by adding steps to their day. Everything the office needs is captured in the two idle moments a stop already has.
Customers, locations and service frequency drive a due list. Drag the due stops onto a day, assign a truck and driver, done. Customer requests from your website land in the same queue.
The phone knows which stop it's at when the truck arrives. After the work, one tap. Count, photo and signature are there if the customer needs them, and never in the way if they don't.
A certificate of service and receipt email the customer on your letterhead before the truck pulls away. Invoices are created per visit, per cycle or monthly, and pushed to QuickBooks.

Containers are counted, not barcoded. Arrival time, location, signature and photo are the evidence. Per-item barcodes are optional, by phone camera.
Per visit, monthly, or one invoice when every location in a round has been serviced. Branches that pay their own bills get their own invoice and their own account.
Maps to the customers and items already in your books. Creates nothing unless you say so. Payments recorded in QuickBooks lift holds here automatically.
